@Profmommylawyer @jbh502 @ProfZboreak @emilysbremer Also, @sealslawschools has a Prospective Law Teachers workshop for people going on the hiring market. @Prof_CarlaReyes and I chair the workshop which has a selective process that includes practitioners, VAPs, fellows, etc.

For the last three years @Seals2023 myself, @jbh502, @ProfZboreak, and several others conduct a panel discussing this exact topic. We also host a mock interview session to let them see how a real TT interview is conducted. It is important to show how inclusive the academy can be.
