In PnH's framework, the tool🛠️developed by CERTH/CPERI is: A Model Predictive Control (#MPC)-based strategy for the energy⚡management of a district of buildings🏘️equipped with Adaptive Dynamic Building Envelope (#ADBE) façade to maximize the district’s autonomy through synergy

It allows building owners to 🔗 share 💾 store and 🔄 trade energy ⚡ ⁃ among buildings, ⁃ between buildings and the energy network and as well with external actors (Aggregators, ESCOs).

The #OEMS at the district level is responsible for the communication 💬 and energy exchange ↔️ ⁃ among all the Plug-N-Harvest buildings🏢, ⁃ between the buildings and the energy networks 🖧 & the communication ⁃ between the buildings and external actors
