@wolvesbradders @mybuilder Exactly that, they provided me with literally nothing, I appealed and they said they can see I have had no contact with the customer however the fee still needs paying? How many other people are they getting with this? They can shortlist loads of trades per job at £57 a go!

@PlummieRacket @mybuilder That's not good. I used a similar service for getting leads for my business. Had to pay £10-30 to get their contact details. About 80% of the time there was no response. Don't mind missing out on new business when you've at least met them, but paying for nothing? I binned it off.
