Our libraries are gateways to learning, community, & in this energy crisis they will be ‘warm banks’ as we approach the winter months. This is not where we want to be, it is what we have to do to protect people from winter deaths. This is a national emergency & Govt need to act.

I trust that @RoyalGreenwich & @MrOkereke is looking into this to create new or refurbished green spaces in our borough. I am thinking this is particularly apt for the areas of #Plumstead #Woolwich #AbbeyWood @PlumsteadProjct

Planning permission given for a board advertising the centre, that could be seen from further along the High St, not a wishy-washing mural that does not publicise its services. The final E in 'explore' is camouflaged, so it looks like a misspelling - on a library!
