Today we kick-start the first round of expert consultations for the ICMD. This marks the beginning of a series of consultations in the months ahead. We extend our sincere thanks to all our strategic partners for their continued support.

In line with ongoing work on IHL & humanitarian diplomacy, the 🇪🇺now supports the IHL Compliance Monitoring Database #ICMD, an initiative of the @RWallenbergInst It collects & analyses data on incidents in armed conflicts to strengthen understanding of IHL compliance.
