The Government will introduce stricter rules on charitable tax relief from April 2026, aimed at preventing arrangements where donors or third parties benefit financially from charitable donations. These reforms will affect UK charities, Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs), donors, as well as the agents and intermediaries who advise them. To successfully claim, you’ll now need to include all three of the following: ✔️ Additional Information Form ✔️ Company Tax Return ✔️ NEW: CT600P Supplementary Page ⚠️ HMRC will not accept claims unless all three are submitted. Here’s how to make a claim from 1 April 2026: 1️⃣ Submit the Additional Information Form online. 2️⃣ Complete your CT600 Company Tax (via third-party software). 3️⃣ Complete a CT600P creative industries supplementary page and submit it with the CT600.
