Technical Session 3 at #NCA2025 focused on Strengthening Sub-national Structures for Sustainability and Effective Health Systems. Chaired by Dr Danile Ndukwe, the session reviewed 16 memos. Council members and participants emphasised that sustainability must be rooted in strong local governance, with sub-national actors equipped to lead in planning, resource mobilisation, and service delivery.

Sustainability means ensuring no woman or child is left behind in HIV care. While #NCA2025 is ongoing, we are bringing voices from the community into the conversation.
