One year ago I challenged myself to do 10000 steps a day in March 2022. Little did I know that would change my life forever. Down 94 lb/42.6 kg and feeling better than ever. I truly appreciate everyone who has supported me on my fitness journey.

Reached legend with this fun team (climbed 250 points in a few days) Shadow ball and Earthquake on lickilicky was a great tech to flip matches. I faced a mirror team during my legend set too! Also my daughter is learning to walk which was infinity more impressive than my battles

Climbed 400 points in 13 sets with this busted team. Metang was an absolutely amazing safeswap. Good luck, spammy and great defensive typing. I honestly don't know how many more seasons I have left but I appreciate each one now that the end is closer than the beginning.

@gneissschist92 Corv has a slightly positive match up vs all three pokemon but honestly, it hasn't been an issue so far. It is the most common pokemon I have faced.

Swampert and malamar have been very flexible in ultra league. Thankfully Virizion has been almost been non existent for me. Fun team that I had a lot of success with so far.

This is my first time collecting my libre not on stream but it was only fitting that I caught it with my daughter, Irene. I played more battles while she was napping at 5 am than I did on stream this season. I'm looking forward to next season and more pokeadventures with her.

@kenchewks I used skullbash initially and I ended up building a second one with ice beam since I was facing a lot of the same opponents (to catch them off guard)

@PoGoKieng Congrats! Been a long-time fan. Do you use IB or SB on Lapras?

I really believed in this team. I went up and down (to about 2600) until I could master the winnable match ups. Florges core broke zygarde+gast core and cobalion core broke steel+dragon cores. Happy to reach legend again!

Last summer I hit 405 LB deadlift. This past year has been more challenging with a busier work schedule, new baby and other challenges. But I spent the last 2 months focusing again and I hit my goal of 455 LB deadlift. Eventually I want to reach 500 LB. Running training begins.
