The endometriosis has fused all my organs together. It’s deeply infiltrated my diaphragm and the nerves around it making I can’t take a full breath. I am struggling to walk because the endometriosis has wrapped itself around both sciatic nerves. I can’t absorb nutrients because it’s so deeply infiltrated into my entire digestive system. I am over here slowly starving to death in crippling pain. But please tell me how hard it is for them to accept what they fucking got. Grow the fuck up.

This is clearly not why estrogen is taken by trans women. It’s to alleviate symptoms of gender dysphoria which it has been shown to work

Altering your appearance to resemble someone else’s estrogen driven disability is not medicine - it’s exploitation. When women take estrogen to replace what was lost during menopause that’s medicine - they’re not using it as a costume. It’s telling that none of you know the difference. Grow the fuck up.
