It's incredible how little things can change so much in someone's life. Over two years ago I was in an extremely toxic and abusive relationship. I remember wandering the hotel on the very last night of EAST, not really knowing what to do with myself.

If you are stuck right now the way I was... know that you deserve better. And you can find your way out. Don't wait for years for a change like I did. Reach out to someone and find help. I just had to get it off my chest, thinking about it didn't let me sleep.

Today, I'm in a better place, I managed to turn my life around. I'm in a loving relationship and I'm just... happy. And I still carry this exact sticker in my wallet to remind me where I've been and what I went through.
