@johnhenry185 On ethnicity monitoring form I refuse to tick GRT we are not one homogenous group of ppl I am proud to be Romany Gypsy and I will write every letter...Lots of these do called charities are in it for salaries let's not pretend they care about stopping places or rights or heritage.

Seems an apt time to say GRT isn’t a thing. It erases the history & culture of ethnic groups such as Romany Gypsies, Roma, & Irish Travellers by pushing the idea we are 1. All the same 2. Related to non ethnic nomadic people. Don’t believe the charities and orgs that push it ✌🏼

@MorrisonBeth This is absolutely abhorrent, inflicting physical pain on a small child is assault & child abuse they can call it 'nose distraction' giving it a technique style label doesn't make it right. Prisoners are treated better than children with additional needs. What does ofsted say?

Mum of a small 4 yr old with autism had to collect him yesterday from nursery as his nose was bleeding. They are using "nose distraction technique" whenever he "gets too close to staff" They are "scared he might bite" That's pain compliance!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
