Canada's biggest weakness in competing online is our postal services. It has been the case forever. And now people expect even faster online delivery based on Amazon Prime. Even USPS is lightning fast versus Canada Post. Canada Post role: "to maintain a postal system that allows residents and businesses in Canada to send and receive mail within Canada and between Canada and elsewhere." Maybe your Union is outdated and became a net negative over time?
