@THEPOKEPLATEAU I love the controversy around this, what’s stopping Pokemon from just going “hey here’s a new rarity, no symbol just because it’s new and we want to introduce it this way.” They don’t have to adhere to any rules that the public makes about what should/shouldn’t be on a card.

We had the 25th Celebrations set where every card (mainline set, classic collection and promos) had the 25th logo. People hated it. The 30th cards leaked and showed every card will also get the 30th logo on them. Some Aussie rips a pack yesterday and this 1 card doesn’t have the logo, and it makes it more possible it’s real? We should be smarter than this…

@LordCharizard33 Its super enjoyable to watch instead of the typical brain rot that toddlers usually gravitate towards. Some of the episodes are legitimately moving and sad.

I like the shiny gold borders, and I really like this card overall.... But those sparkly gold borders do not work well with E-Readers imo. It feels jarring for some reason.

@Kramaramb The premium on these don’t really make sense to me. I feel like it’s a blooming waters scenario where it’s just a booster pack vehicle and the promos really aren’t anything to write home about adding to the value of the box.

$242 for the focused fighters is outrageous and if you're paying this instead of $170 for the ETB you probably need your head checked. That is, unless you actually wanted this product and were willing to overpay. Then you're free to spend (waste) your money as you please.

So...what the heck happened last night with Sam's Club? A short story ⬇️ Sam's Club login system died leading up to the drop and during the drop itself, not only logging most people out but not allowing them to log back in. At 10:12pm cst they pulled stock completely. A lot of people think it sold out at this point, that is not the case at all. People absolutely DID get through prior to them deciding to pull the release. So boxes of both Ascended Heroes and Prismatic Evolutions were purchased during this short window. At 12:37am without announcing anything at all, Sam's Club decides to shock drop the remaining inventory of both boxes. Between the original release and the shock drop, they seemed to have fixed the login and payment processor issues. There was a lot of manual success if you just so happened to be up. That being said, it was still a disaster for anyone that went to sleep and gave up. Did you get lucky?
