I feel like I’m missing out on serious productivity gains by not having an AI agent that knows everything about me and can take actions on my behalf. Several developer friends have built this with great results. I just spent 3 hours trying with OpenClaw and it’s clearly outside my skillset. Should I hire someone to set this up, or wait until there are better tools for non-developers?

The age didn’t scare Boston away. Why is Pete Alonso at age 31 so scary? And $155M isn’t a whole lot different from J.D’s 110 when you account for inflation. The thinking in Boston has definitely changed.

What’s the best golf course in the USA that no longer exists? This was once a golf course… Look at the land on the water. Just an unreal piece of ground. That was the original Sutton Bay golf course. Sadly the land kept shifting and moving into the water, it became an un-winnable battle. The course sadly had to be abandoned. I never got to play the original. The new one is incredible, fun and creative and with great views. But the original must have been something else…

So, this is happening. Plans submitted to #sjrwmd for construction of a roadway extension connecting LPGA Boulevard to Dunn Avenue in #Daytona Beach. Construction includes a two-lane road, adjacent sidewalks, bridge over the Tomoka River and associated infrastructure.

A clubhouse is under construction for one of the new neighborhoods at LPGA Boulevard -- Ironwood? Is there a move to take the south course private?

@MileahKromer I'm obviously not a pollster, but this was my prediction on Saturday: US Senate - Alsobrooks 54 Hogan 41 Others 5 CD6 - Delaney 52 Parrott 48 Looks like I overestimated the anti-Hogan GOP vote that only materialized in a few rural counties. Otherwise, pretty accurate.

@Pokeefe363 Never mind. I just noticed that Morning Consult (Oct 22-31) was really close on the margin. They had it at Alsobrooks 49 / Hogan 42. Regardless, I think that our polling was good/took a pretty accurate snapshot of the race.

@MichaelBiundo Anyone who is good will make more money and have a better work life balance in the private sector in the long run. See many of the top consultants who have pivoted to c4’s and companies too.

We have a serious talent problem in the campaign industry. There’s not enough quality campaign professionals to run the type of races that should be run. I am not sure what can be done but it seems to have gotten worse every cycle over the last few.
