Police investigating a serious assault in Ellesmere Port have charged a man in relation to the incident. Fadly Khalil, 35, was arrested on Mon 9 October and has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Weds 11 October. More - cheshire.police.uk/news/cheshire/…
