Today, 18/03/26....UNCDA held a multi-sectoral validation meeting for a recent study on "Meaningful Involvement and Access to Care Among People Living with Non-Communicable Diseases in Vulnerable Communities in Uganda: A Multi-Case Study" under the project: “Bridging Gaps: Advancing Health Equity for People Living with NCDs in Underserved Communities.” The meeting brought together various stakeholders to share knowledge and insights for enriching the final NCD Equity Report that aims at informing policy on NCD Equity in vulnerable communities. This project is made possible thanks to the support of the @ncdalliance. Special thanks to @MinofHealthUG for the support rendered throughout the process of data collection to validation. We also thank our members @UgandaDiabetes @UgCancerSociety & @strokefoundationug as well as partners @eancdalliance @UINCD @CHAI @unhco @NAFOPHANU @PolicyUganda among others for the support provided.
