@metallicbranch Policy Genius is the best sponsor because I'll be like, "I want to make an ad about how roman sundials were all about death," and they'll be like, "Hell yes you do."

@johngreen @metallicbranch I love how you can hear the giddiness in your voice every time you get to the twist: “…and that’s why there’s Policy Genius.” Gets me every time.

I know it seems like no young ppl can afford to buy a house but it's still happening First-time homebuyers make up 32% of buyers 75% of them are between 25 and 33 yrs old Everyone said millennials would never buy homes after 2008. Now it's Gen Z This is just what happens

Baby boomers spent their entire lives buying homes and paying them off, dealing with tenants, etc In a few years, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z will be able to buy those homes for the equivalent of 0.5 #Bitcoin    or less Today 0.5 Bitcoin costs ~35,000 USD, and a house costs ~$400k-$500k Why am I so sure of this? Bitcoin is superior to real estate as a savings technology and most baby boomers have ZERO ALLOCATION Most of the supply of Bitcoin is held by people who have some understanding of the technology Most baby boomers don't even know how to properly use a computer (if you do, YOU'RE UNIQUE) They will be the latest adopters of digital money If your goal is to buy a home, STUDY BITCOIN FIRST, and THEN decide.
