So disappointed in the outdated, incorrect & damaging advice from @MrAndrewCotter in @thetimes . Pls stick to sports commentating & leave dog behaviour to those of us who know what we're talking about. And The Times should know better....

@virginmedia It says no issues. But its insane to not be able to get hold of anyone. There are so many comments on the same lines. You need to up your game with customer service. Im sick of this disastrous Internet right now and the lack of customer service adds to it. You'll lose customers.

Posting in desperation! @virginmedia ..for a week WiFi has been awful. Dipping in and out...security camera not connecting...services not working. CanNOT get hold of you! Been on hold 2 days for 25 mjns...gave up! HELP please!!!!

Love this online training! Look how well Angus and Inka have come on in one week with their "sit" and "down" because their humans have been amazing!

Love having Dylan involved in my online classes! He helped show how to work on teaching pups not to jump at the counter when preparing food....and helped demo a "wait" exercise in puppy class today :)

My current online beginners tricks class is full....but i have had a few other people express an interest so shall be running another one starting in the next week or so :) What better way to have some fun with your dog during this lockdown, and keep your dog mentally stimulated?

There is no need to worry about not being able to training your new puppy during the current COVID-19 crisis. We have now moved our classes online.....and they are proving really popular!! There are so many benefits of training online at home.....so what are you waiting for?

Some of the Thursday night puppy class who had to stop a couple of week ago continued the course tonight online. I'm honestly starting to really enjoy teaching online!
