It sounded stupid then, but for me, the squad profile is extremely important when considering a new coach. You can't have Alonso out there and free, yet you are talking about Iraola and Silva. Does it make any sense? For me, there shouldn't be a shortlist, rather we should be putting everything on getting Xabi Alonso done ASAP. Shortlist exist when you have short of serious target.
