We tested a key platform plank from Mr. Poilievre's plan - tie federal funding for municipalities to their housing starts. What we found is that, not only is this a popular policy, it's more popular with LPC and NDP supporters than those who plan to vote CPC. It's the perfect wedge to carve off soft support from other parties, and is a great example of why we're seeing such astronomically high polling numbers for Mr. Poilievre's Conservatives.
