The Pomborneit Cricket Club is extremely excited to officially announce the club’s purchase of 9 acres of land adjoining the existing Pomborneit Recreation Reserve.

The 12th Man club also has fun gatherings, dinners and club engagement orchestrated by Churchy. A well deserved accolade for a wonderful member of the Bulls community. #gopombobulls 🐂

Now at around 70 members, the 12th Man Club has funded many projects, including the nets upgrade, the addition of away changerooms, purchase of mowers and grounds equipment, purchase of junior & women’s cricket equipment & training aids and all of the photo displays in the rooms.

🏏Life Membership🏏 At our senior presentation night on Friday, we inducted one of the great people of our club in Steven Murphy as a life member.

A big night for Lahiru Fernando, who took out the Colac-South West premier competition bowling average and was named in the team of the year, as well as tying for the South West CA Twenty20 player of the year award #gopombobulls

The Pomborneit Gold Division 3 premiers 🏆 #gopombobulls

Stephen Walters was awarded the player of the match award in the Division 3 grand final for his 49 runs and tight bowling with the new ball. #gopombobulls 🐂

Both of today’s grand finals went down to the wire, with Pomborneit Gold taking out the Division 3 decider 🏆against Heytesbury/Princetown by 1 run, while the Division 2 Bulls fell 3 runs short in their run chase against Bookaar. #gopombobulls 🐂
