UNPOPULAR OPINION: Being an "investor" is *not* a career anymore than is being a capo in the mob. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps, investors. Get a job and work like the rest of us...

@OldTehanu It is. But we're going to have to deal with a replacement of Putin sooner or later. At least, in this case (assuming we actually follow through) we're establishing that it's Putin, not Russia, that's the problem, and maybe open a door to better relations. I could be wrong, though

You know, if they really want to stop Russia, they need to tell Russia -- the people and the Oligarchs, *not Putin* -- that sanctions will be lifted the following day if they (a) remove Putin, and (b) end the war in Ukraine. The problem will resolve itself almost immediately.

Wolves will abandon or kill a "lame" pack member who compromises the ability of the pack to hunt successfully for the greater good. Putin is the "lame" member of the Russia pack.

BUT... they have to *mean* it -- show some integrity -- and *do* it: lift all the sanctions on day one after Putin is deposed and the last tank rolls out of Ukraine.

They attach the word "Christian" and emblazon a cross on everything as a marketing strategy. Let's not forget that Jesus abhorred capitalism, injustice, inequality, and the idea that anyone other than God is fit to pass judgment.

Side note: the modern American definition of "Christian" is a religion defined by their agenda, supported by cherry-picked scriptural quotes and misinterpreted theology. If Jesus were here to see what people are doing in his name, he'd crucify himself - again - just to escape.

Most should, by now, be aware that politicians serve their corporate donors first and the people second. We need congressional candidates that will do the job for the people -- and work to end corporatization of politics.

If we don't hit that button, sooner, Mother Nature will do it for us, not much later.

This is the people of the world uniting to send a common message: "We are running out of time. We are not your pawns and your free ride is over." This is unequivocally agreeing, collectively, that we will all hit the reset button and wipe the slate clean.

The truth is we could fix most of these problems -- tomorrow -- if not for the global elites determination to keep the rest of the planet "in check". THE TIME HAS COME for A GLOBAL STRIKE. The people must assert themselves.
