Such a great idea. Reducing Bakery items automatically at a set time removes task, reduces food waste and simplifies things.
So much of my work is spent like Sam Walton (albeit a modern day version) in stores, picking up good ideas and sharing them.
Stores are a natural place for me, there's no need to advertise a "special day" or similar. I'm at home there.
