Horrible & Pathetic. Even after 2 weeks, tickets 10079870, 10079813 & 10079812 remain unresolved despite all proofs shared. 100 NeuCoins for 10 UPI txns & 300 NeuCoins for 3 Tap & Pay txns still not credited. Credit NeuCoins immediately. @jagograhakjago
