@FPLSakho @Duckers56132160 @katiemufc12 @RoyalMail The sender is responsible, you buy from them and they enter into a contract with RM. Technically the recipient isn’t RMs customer, the sender is. So the recipient doesn’t hold much power. Always go through the seller not the courier, it’s their issue to resolve.
