I agree but the timing makes no sense at all. These changes should have been made this summer and into next season not at the tail end of an already crazy year. They’re just making themselves the center of attention for all the wrong reasons when it should be about the players and fans right now.

Splitter was given a raise from his assistant coaching salary and discussed a longer-term contract during the season. We're going to give Dundon enough credit to assume that he doesn't actually think offering Tiago such a small salary that he leaves is smart He's doing all of this as positioning so he can pay Splitter as little as possible and all of us will be happy about it in the end
