@ReynoldsLynda @Conservatives @mariacaulfield Well said. I echo those sentiments. The imbalance will be significant. The families who have lost loved ones need assistance more than ever at inquests when they have to relive a traumatic event. This has not been thought through.

I am so concerned FRC will stop us offering representation to families at inquests. I am not sure how I can tell families they have to do this alone or use their potential damages to cover the costs. @Conservatives you have not thought this through @mariacaulfield
