I’m gonna be real here. If I was mark id be frustrated asf with Eve. Like how does mark know for certain if the baby she “aborted” was actually his or not. Plus the fact that, abortion is the biggest genocide in society. But yes let’s make Eve the real victim here.

Personally, I really loved the Mark and Eve abortion scene. I think the show did a much better job than the comic to allow Eve time to breathe and express her feelings and overall sorrow. Mark supporting her. This truly feels like their coming of age moment as a couple.
