@kamal_1111 We know it's frustrating to have to wait so long for a refund; sadly, this delay is imposed by your card issuer, not us, and we refund your money immediately. We wish you could get the money back right away, but it's out of our hands unfortunately!

@Poparide Full refund doesn't get into my account for 5 more days ... there has to be a better way to book an alternate ride in case driver cancels I can't just keep using my money and driver keeps canceling it and then wait for money to get into my account Terrible system

@Poparide the driver cancels at the last moment, and now he is saying he is also not able to cancel the ride to process my refund Terrible Terrible service....stuck in a different city with no money to go back as all my fair money is with poparide

@Poparide People list $6 for a ride and when we chat they demand $20. No place to report such misleading lists on your app 😕

@ItsSuzieRaye Hey Suzie, thanks for bringing this up - some drivers forget to add winter tires to their trip but often do have winter tires on. We recommend double-checking with the driver before booking using the chat in our app. You can also report drivers to us at support@poparide.com

It concerns me how many @Poparide I see driving between Calgary/Vancouver without winter tires (which is illegal during this time in 90% of BC)
