Nanos Research just published the results of a poll that the neocons, NATO propagandists and corporate media hacks will try to bury. The poll found that Canadians consider the U.S. to be a far greater threat to Canada's security than China and Russia *combined*. 55% of respondents believed the U.S. poses the most risk to Canada’s security, while a mere 15% and 14%, respectively, believed that China or Russia was the greatest threat. Just imagine what the poll results would have been if the corporate media did not bombard Canadians with dire claims about the threat that China and Russia supposedly pose to Canadians. Given these results, there's no conceivable justification for Canada to remain in NATO. The dominant member of NATO is, by a wide margin, the United States, and if the U.S. is now the greatest threat to Canada, as a majority of Canadians believe, then why do we remain in that criminal military alliance and squander so much public wealth to satisfy NATO's obscene spending requirements? Moreover, it's now abundantly clear that China and Russia hawks like @acoyne, @stevenchase and @AdamZivo are radically out of touch with public sentiment in this country.
