@PopcornNMovie Everyone showed up to Project Hail Mary in droves so I’m not sure why we aren’t celebrating that as well. Horror has always been an easy sell.

It is telling how much alarmist have been ringing the bell on younger generations not being interested in watching movies but the moment a studio distributes something that appeals to them, they show up in droves

Original horror & younger audiences are dominating the box office. ‘Backrooms’ and ‘Obsession’ made over $100M collectively this weekend. Around 80% of those moviegoers were under 35.

I don't think it's necessarily "horror movies directed by YouTubers" that is the next big thing, it's more studios taking chances on young talent with fresh voices & original perspectives. Many of them are naturally creating on YouTube. Hollywood is paying attention. Make stuff!

The George Lucas Museum Cinema. Opening in September. It’s being described as the “finest” cinema in America. I can’t wait 🙌

@PopcornNMovie Did you actually enjoy Skinamarink?

mfs on filmtwt don't say "this movie just isn't for me" anymore, they will act like they're film experts and call it all kinds of slop 😭😭😭

You know that glowing cabin in the Disclosure Day trailer? You're gonna be excited when you see who walks out of it (ET)

Skinamarink, Exit 8, Backrooms....the children yearn for abstraction

CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. The version you've never seen. Ruggero Deodato’s cannibal classic Cannibal Holocaust is headed to theaters nationwide from @GrindhouseFilm in a newly restored special edition. Fully uncensored and restored in its native 16mm aspect ratio.

IN THE HAND OF DANTE, a film by Julian Schnabel, premieres June 24. Starring Oscar Isaac, Gal Gadot, Gerard Butler, John Malkovich, Louis Cancelmi, Sabrina Impacciatore, Franco Nero, Benjamin Clementine, Paolo Bonacelli, Martin Scorsese, Al Pacino, and Jason Momoa. Moving between the 21st and 14th centuries, the lives of a modern-day author and Dante Alighieri himself are intertwined in their obsessive search for love, beauty, and the divine.
