@adey_sama @MarvelRivals Yeah but also Mantis was weak waaay before that, she was always in triple support jail, now she is an actual playable character outside competitive
Gambit is still gambit, nerfed or buff, the issue with gambit is his ult
The Luna buff is crazy, she actually needs to be nerfed

But S9.0 day 1 It felt like a dream, the neutral so so so sweaty and i absolutely loved it, it really felt like making a mistake was actually punished all without needing ults

Yeah, I'm good off this for now.
The game felt the absolute best it ever had on release and it was completely undone in a single day.
Hopefully they eventually undo most of the changes in this hotfix @MarvelRivals

@adey_sama @MarvelRivals idk i think the game is unarguably better than last week, I don't think the hotfix really messed up the new season
I lowkey thing its mostly a placebo/mass hysteria effect, everyone was saying mantis and Ultron were back to trash but they are miles better than last week

@PoposhiRat @MarvelRivals Like you said previously some supports generally did needs buffs, but buffs to raw sustain was the worst possible way to go about it
I’d much rather have buffs to support cooldowns because you need to manage those, stacked on top of the ult charge just makes it all miserable

All of my games since Saturday have just felt, empty. The new gamestate on release was difficult and very punishing but I was so ready to jump in and just get better But instead of having a meaningful skill gap now we’re back to rotating support ultimates, and immortal healing

@Antwan1711 Not a single invulnerable(or even Invisible for that matter) ability allows you to contest point. This goes against the consistency of design in Rivals. They should adress it and change it.

CnD pressing 1 button and getting iframes can contest point but Deadpool taking a picture (requires getting a KO) doesn't btw....

Aramori is my light in this void of terrible takes, Jubilee didn't need buff because people don't know how to play her
Also Aramori plays really good too, she does dps when she can but heals as soon as her allies need it... she should be a pro player

@PoposhiRat I don't even think his ult is that strong at this point.
You can ult with gambit and combo with a pun ult and starlord ult and, if the enemy team luna/invis/mantis/cnd ult you're not doing shit so idk.
I'm not afraid of Gambit at all anymore.

Gambit could legit be on a hospital bed attached to a cardiac monitor at spawn and as long as he can ult he will be banned
His neutral was a meme, his issue Is not about what he does, is about what he enables with his ult

Double G what are we doin with this one EVEN IF they had data showing the character is weak. No exaggeration Gambit is a PERMA BAN in ranked and has been for 4 seasons. I know they likely want every character to be "broken" this season but this guy isnt seeing the light of day

@AbbyAZK Exactly, People tend to focus a lot on the "Im not a healbot" playstyle they forget that they have to keep the team alive too
There are moments to dps and there are moments to heal
Tho with how some DPS and Tanka players play the healing moments tend to be more often

@PoposhiRat She can 100% DPS but its about the windows in where you can VS when you cannot, you heal, you wait for an opportunity, once it appears, you take it, you win, thats awareness, sadly a lot of people want to just not develop that.

And this is not only jubilee most "supports" are doing this, this is why it feel like supports are "weak"
Pay attention to the video, she is trying to dps not heal, she only heals when the team is 1 pixel away from dying

This is the average Jubilee player who calls her weak. No discipline, no awareness, complete lack of positioning, 0 concern for the team, 0 CD management, the list goes on. This person did this the ENTIRE game and then wrote that Jubilee is a bad hero. COME ON.

@Echigo8301 tbh yeah, his ult is way to problematic and if he is going to be perma nerfed (Or when buff, unleashes the wrath of twitter so it gets nerfed again) I rather have another ult

@quqquqqqu1 I do think they have to wait a bit more before buffing or nerfing stuff, besided the BP bug
But the buffs to Gambit's neutral and Mantis nerf was something that you could see coming
Gambit's neutral is a meme and Mantis was outperforming every healer while also damage boosting

@PoposhiRat I mean what are they doing Tbf? The s9 changes are fine. Just fix the bugs (bp double dmg boost) and let the game marinate for at least 2 weeks. Then do the adjustment
