Its not that india is “suspecting”. if taken to a completely objective court with no pressure put on a judge all the evidence throughout history will point to pakistan actually harboring terrorists for years. If it really didnt want to harbor terrorists it had many years to ask for help or take strict actions which it has not done

If the logic that “a country can justify invading another country it suspects of supporting terrorism after suffering a terrorist attack” is accepted as legitimate, then applying this standard universally would lead to the collapse of the international order.
If India can justify invading Pakistan because of a terrorist attack, then does that mean China can invade the US and Israel, if a terrorist attack happens in Xinjiang?
