@billy_g22 Yep know that. I was looking at it from a psychology of knowing those shares existed. When I look at a cap table, I look at the fully diluted captable - irrelevant if any of the shares or options are restricted. I own $LTNC btw and want it to succeed.

@Poro New shares aren't for a year.

So why the confusion with the 52% drop in $LTNC today. 6.5 billion shares were issued today for the acquisition. Does not matter that they are restricted for 12 months. So the 7.9B shares on the market plus the new shares issued obviously leads to a massive dilution.

@Djhdonuts Yep - know that. It is the psychology of those shares existing which I was emphasizing. When you look at any cap table, you look at it from a fully diluted basis. Does not matter if the shares are restricted or not. I own $LTNC and want it to succeed btw.
