This job takes skill in timing everything perfectly. I worked in a hospital kitchen in my 20s. I did every position there was, including cook. For lunch we had the grill open and I had to not only cook for all the patients all by myself, I had to also run the grill all by myself. After I got the hang of it, it was easy. In the beginning it was not. I worked as a waitress before this job, so I knew quite a few tricks to make it easier. I appreciate those who prepare my food more than your average customer. Especially the ones who prepare everything perfectly.
