Poverty can make someone look “lazy” when they’re actually exhausted. Your mind is constantly calculating transport, food, bills, and responsibilities before you even have the energy to think about your dreams. It's hard to stay motivated.

You can’t compare the cost of barbing your hair in uk with barbing your hair in Nigeria. For the simple reason that the minimum wage is not the same in both countries. Minimum wage in Nigeria is 77,000 naira. That’s about £40. Minimum wage in UK is about £12.71 per hour. So the person working in uk for 4hours will make MORE money than the person who works 30days in Nigeria- yet both of them are doing the same minimum wage work. So it’s only commonsense that countries where people earn more, basic things will cost more- compared to places where people earn peanuts. This is why intelligent people compare cost of living relative to income in that country, not relative to cost in a lesser income country. Sometimes I wonder why government officials deliberately mix sycophancy with insanity. Because there’s no way in the world that Reno Omokri doesn’t know this. He knows it but the evil darkness in his soul will make him deliberately say crap like this.

In London, it costs £40 to get a shave, while a one-bedroom flat rents for £2,500 per month. By comparison, the cost of living in Nigeria is way better than in many parts of the world.👀 _____ Reno Omokri. 🗣️

In 2023, this guy rode on Peter Obi's popularity and obidients support to win the HoR for Oredo Federal Constituency under Labour Party. He was the first to move to APC and has now decamped to NDC. Be watchful of snakes.

This is the PART TWO of the VIDEO! Look at what Tinubu’s campaign team is doing with our commonwealth. Sharing to poor, elderly people, while campaigning for him. No caution. No decency. No thought. Absolute disregard for the Naira and the people!✍️
Obiasogu David@afrisagacity

Nigerian youths, wearing T-Shirts customized with Tinubu’s campaign logo and slogans, were sharing money in public and collecting the recipients’ PVC details in exchange. The entire country is quiet. We are not bothered that this criminality is happening in broad daylight!✍️

From my DMs. Coca-Cola pays their contract staff in Nigeria 80K. Including people who have been there for 18 years. How is this happening in 2026? How is this fair? How is this ethical? These are global brands.

I'm confused as to why some people are excited at the prospect of the Hanta Virus causing a disease significant enough to warrant another lockdown. People died in 2020. People lost their businesses in 2020. Economies crumbled in 2020. And you want a repeat of that?!!!

To know if the government is working you need to ask: Are ordinary people better off? Is it easier to earn, to feed a family, and to plan for tomorrow? If the answer keeps coming back as “no,” then the government is ineffective. Whether you are Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa - the question is: is your life better today than it was before Tinubu got into power?

Lagos smells like a dumping ground, Enugu suffers from no water and unstable electricity, Rivers State is drowning in pollution and decay despite its oil wealth, Borno State still bleeds from insecurity, Kogi State is becoming a kidnapping headquarters, and Kwara State is now battling fresh waves of terrorism and insecurity. Every corner of the country is carrying one disaster or another while politicians trade propaganda and their supporters defend rubbish online. In the end, we are all Nigerians trapped in the same broken system, and only a fool defends the indefensible.
