It was very hard to say goodbye to our lovely @BDevlin1 It was a wonderful service befitting our lovely friend. My thoughts are with Maggie and his family today. We will always remember you, my kind friend. RIP❤️

@BDevlin1 Sincerest sympathies to Maggie and Brian’s family. Brian was the kindest, most supportive person and he will be sadly missed. His memory will be held tight.

Very sad to share Brian died on 5th March. It was peaceful but sudden. He was an incredible human; warm, wickedly funny, courageous, with a huge sense of morality. His beloved wife, Maggie, family and friends are devastated but very grateful for all the love in his memory

I am heartbroken at the passing of our lovely friend @BDevlin1 He was the best of men. My deepest condolences to his family and friends at this horrendous time. He will be deeply missed by everyone here who knew him. He brought joy and kindness to this place. RIP

@Portia10Jr Thanks Jan xx just stressing over my dad who is unwell and far away, I’ve the flu whilst still acting as S’ volunteer PA / taxi etc - many have it a lot worse but it’s been annus horribilis and I want it over 😭

Had a public weepy wobble this morning; everything gone wrong the last few days and I hate doing this all on my own 😭

A very good experience @NHSHighland ward 3C today. Be extremely proud of all the staff on that ward and make sure you tell them how valued they are. To those who prayed and wished me well. Thank you so very much. All went well. Nothing sinister. #Prehabilitation works.

Surgery at the end of this week. So I’m concocting my own prehabilitation programme. A nice stroll around Rosehaugh Estate on the Black Isle. A ruin now. But absolutely enchanting.
