A follow on from yesterday the RAF P-8A Poseidon MR1 returned this morning to continue training with the @PortrushRNLI @CoastguardColeR it came in close for a better photo thankfully, its main role is hunting submarines. @RoyalAirForceNI @RAFLossiemouth

The Portrush Severn Class ALB 17-30 the William Gordon Burr, an inherently self righting lifeboat, very capable in the toughest conditions. First introduced in 1996, the final Severn was launched in 2004 and they undergo rigorous maintenance and safety upgrades. @PortrushRNLI
