@Poshmarkapp I’ve had a case under review since June 17, have tried contacting support multiple times, but I keep getting stuck in a chatbot loop with automated responses saying the case is still under review. The item was delivered and I’m out of the item and my funds. Really disappointed

@Poshmarkapp Within 24 hours of accepting an order, I discovered that a MAC Studio Fix I recd is counterfeit. I tried to open a case immediately, but ur app says I've reached the max number of cases & won't let me submit. This is a health & safety issue involving cosmetics.

Anyway thanks to @Poshmarkapp for closing my case this morning without replying to my previous email. Real dedication to customer support, especially after hearing that a sharp metal object in the bag broke skin when I was looking through it!
