Thank you to all those who came out to give their thoughts and ideas on how we can improve Saracen Street and make Possil climate ready. The event began with a walk around Saracen Street, looking at litter, areas of flooding, eye-sores and the Millennium Square.

All the ideas collected will be used by our friends at Sniffer to create a report looking at actions we can take to make Saracen St climate resilient and a better place to live, work and do business.

Finally, we were grateful to the kids at @StTeresasPS for dropping in their ideas! Children are our future, their voice is important and must be heard.

Lovely morning with the @PossilparkB team on Saracen Street to see the first phase of their traditional shopfront improvement scheme, while helping to promote #ScotlandLovesLocal week. It's fantastic to see many original features like stained glass uncovered after decades!

Finally, they visited the Millenium Square, and heard of the desire of local residents to see this civic space flourish!

At award winning craft butcher Gary Walker, they saw a skilled and dedicated team providing quality local produce to the communities of Possilpark
