@rAndr71093 Stimmt. Wir verstehen deinen Gedanken. Einzelbeträge sind meist klein. Im Express-Modus können sich aber mehrere Zahlungen ohne Bestätigung summieren. Du kannst die Funktion jederzeit deaktivieren.

@rAndr71093 Wir verstehen die Bedenken. Beim Express‑Modus sind Zahlungen ohne zusätzliche Authentifizierung möglich, was ein Restrisiko darstellt. Die Funktion ist von Apple standardmässig aktiviert, kann aber jederzeit deaktiviert werden.

@PostFinance Danke das heisst das Risiko besteht? Warum wird bei der Bestellung nicht darauf hingewiesen?

@rAndr71093 gehe in der Apple Wallet-App auf deine Visa-Karte, tippe auf die drei Punkte (Details) und wähle unter den Express-ÖPNV-Einstellungen die Option „Keine“, um die Funktion komplett auf allen Karten in der Wallet auszuschalten. Beste Grüsse, PostFinance 2/2

@pperrinj Wahrscheinlich liegt die Ursache im TWINT-Checkout der betroffenen Shops oder bei deren Payment Provider. Sinnvoll wäre daher, Zeitstempel und Betrag der Transaktionen zu erfassen, den TWINT-Fehlercode zu prüfen und die Fälle anschliessend dem jeweiligen Shop zu melden.

Ich kann in gewissen Webstores nicht mit @twintapp bezahlen - die Transaktion wird abgebrochen. Die gleiche Kreditkarte wird aber vom Webstore direkt problemlos akzeptiert. Habe das mehrfach bei Ifolor, ExLibris und OchsnerSport erlebt… was könnte das Problem sein @PostFinance?

@pperrinj Danke dir für die Rückmeldung. Aktuell haben wir keine Störung bei TWINT festgestellt. Da es sonst bei dir funktioniert, liegt es vermutlich an den genannten Webshops. Am besten kontaktierst du diese direkt und fragst nach, ob es dort technische Probleme gibt.

@PostFinance Danke für die Antwort. Ja, das habe ich. Ich nutze Twint mehrmals pro Woche und in der Regel funktioniert es ja auch - nur eben nie in den erwähnten Webshops…

@barbouillech Hallo @barbouillech Danke fürs Melden. Ein Auszahlungsschein kann aus verschiedenen Gründen einmal nicht direkt am Schalter eingelöst werden, z.B. wenn der Beleg beschädigt oder nicht korrekt ausgestellt ist. 1/2

Die SVA Zürich hat einen neuen Auszahlungsschein erstellt. Diesmal hat's geklappt. Der Scheck wurde gestern Freitag um 11:09 bei der @PostFinance Filiale ZH-Enge eingelöst und direkt auf ein Postkonto überwiesen. Gem. heutiger Aussage der Hotline wird der Betrag allerdings erst am Montag auf dem Konto erscheinen. Brillant. Einfach brillant. (Die komplette Geschichte kommt noch...🍿)
