@PostOffice we've not had any post all week and tried contacting Coalville depot and they close at 10am! We're waiting for important documents. Honestly, the mail service is broken

@PostOffice Received a message from Evri on Saturday that a parcel was ready for pick up from local post office. went to pick it and and staff informed me it wasn't there. Evri saying it is there. Why would post office staff lie to me?

@PostOffice why do you let your staff literally bully people who just want to post parcels just because i have 6 parcels to post weekly doesn’t mean i need yelled at and treated like i’m an annoying pest for wanting someone to do their job, aka post parcels at a post office??

@PostOffice posted a birthday card in Oxford on April 29th. It was addressed to my sister in Haywards Heath. You notified her today that an excess charge of £1.50 was due. What happened to that card for over 7 weeks ?

Absolutely disgrace Derry postal service 21 letters posted today after a complaint sent online on the lack of post delivered ( one letter dated 14th May 2026 ) .... whats our local elected representatives doing #royalpost @PostOffice

@PostOffice so disappointed with the service re my travel insurance!! After various emails you still Fail to sort this out. Communication has been dreadful. One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!

@PostOffice Was first advised it was yesterday. What time do they come in then.. presume available on Monday. Never knew they would run out before.

@PostOffice When will your stores (specifically, the one in Westfield, W12) get the pieces to generate the bus passes. I've been 3 times in 2 weeks, still nothing, and they're not sure when they are meant to be in stock (told every 2 weeks, on Thurs, but today told on a Fri)

@Im_Sarah_Hello The branch manage stock ordering directly so it isn't really something I can confirm from here, but if they've advised they should receive some today, they should get them.

@PostOffice Initially it was hoped it would come in a week, on Thursday... Today they said they come every 2 weeks and were due today.
