@REFUSALONTOP @retro_bowl The clock will stop if it’s fourth down and you get tackled barely ahead of the first down marker. I think it’s a nod to the refs checking the spot of the ball to make sure it’s a first down?

@retro_bowl Here’s an exaggerated example of what I’m talking about. The tackle for loss should be -10yards, but it keeps it at the farthest forward point the ball was at, so it’s only -5 yards

@retro_bowl In a recent update, being tackled for a loss was fixed so the ball would actually be placed where you’re tackled. The new update seems to have undone that so the ball is placed well ahead of where you were actually tackled at. Any chance that gets fixed?

@retro_bowl will future updates ever bring more strategy to the defensive side of the ball? Right now it basically amounts to you get 5* DC and 5* defenders and then pray RNG is on your side to get a stop

@retro_bowl before the latest update if you accidentally started a new season you could go to the restore screen and load your save from the postseason in the previous year. Can that be made possible again? Or is it gone forever?

@retro_bowl I think the issue also stems from defenders reacting very differently to jukes now. I’ve seen it with both RBs and WRs that I throw short passes to that it is nearly impossible to juke around a single defender now. It used to be maneagable if they were in front of you but not now

Regarding RBs... Basically runners will now get "slightly" held up by other players that are very close even if they don't tackle. This was to make kick returns trickier when running through a pack of players. Clearly it has had an effect on running plays but will be addressed.
