🇺🇸 New York City is underwater after heavy rainfall triggered flash flood warnings across the boroughs, with some areas receiving over 6 inches of rain in just a few hours. The Long Island Expressway was shut down in both directions, and the F train suspended service due to station flooding at Jamaica-179th Street.
