Selfish or not the person feels it is required to do in order for themselves to live, although cannibalism can only be justified if both parties consented to it (or if one of them died) otherwise I could see it as murder

@RealPostFolder The only, ONLY justification for SA would be if you were forced to commit it under the threat of a third party. As in, somebody has a gun pointed at your head and if you don't have unconsentual sex with someone they will kill you. That is the only justification I can think of
