@Potbelly This promotion is not working for me. I am signed into perks. I ordered a big mama’s meatball. I added a regular sized wreck. I tried it with and without the BOGO promo code. I tried it on the web and with the app.

Hey, @Potbelly. I am a multi-time per week visitor at your Madison WI Eastowne location. Love your sandwiches & staff. Your (ancient) soda machine breaks down multiple times/month. Bite the bullet and get a NEW one. Big time inconvenience for customers, & staff!

@Potbelly I had a fraudulent charge manually processed by the Washington DC #233 location on 02/25/2025. Takes a few minutes to report to the credit card. Notified HQ and attached a screenshot of the transaction with all reference numbers, dates, location, etc.
