Pinning this tweet from 2021 so I can remind myself what I observed in the past, which ended up marking top (eventhough I didn't necessarily know it was going to be the top @ the time). Hope this keeps me grounded. And...its nice for hindsight clout chasing haha #BTC #btc100k

$BTC Hard 2 be near term bullish w/ this. Rising wedge, falling volume, & descending OBV. Could always break up, but these point to down. If down next, I'm hopeful for one of the blue paths. Good thing is Pi Cycle top indicator hasn't triggered so macro still in tact.

Slowly transition to barefoot shoes for everyday use (not running). My experience and listening to podcast with podiatrist is most shin splints come from muscular dysfunction of foot muscles caused by their atrophy & dysfunction from modern footwear. After doing this, I haven’t had issue in 10yrs (used to be horrible). Also get toe spacers to wear while watching TV at night to restore foot mechanics

Read this book. I think we are close in age (I’m 41). Went through a similar phase like you were going through now recently. This book really helped me a lot for perspective. I would happily send you a copy if you want. And to know, I’m not the author or have no affiliation. This #1 New York Times bestseller provides a transformative roadmap for finding purpose, meaning, and success as we age. Check it out on Amazon - you won't regret it! a.co/d/05b73vuY

For some reason I'm struggling mentally recently. Usually I can control my thoughts and generally be happy and enjoy things. Lately I'm just in a rut. I haven't been enjoying working out. I haven't wanted to do anything during the day or even find enjoyable things to do. I just want to do nothing. Daily tasks seem like they drag on forever and my brain wants nothing to do with them. I don't even know why I'm posting this. Maybe saying it out loud will help me snap out of it. Sometimes your brain just hits a wall and you feel like there's no way out of it; even though you know there is. You know what I mean?

@Nebraskangooner Hey man, curious, do you have a higher calling you live for? I am speaking of spirituality but I guess could be other things depending on your beliefs.

$RDW just won their 3rd major contract in 17 days. March 16th -> MATTEO (Belgium's first national security satellite). March 24th -> ELSA solar arrays for Moog's national security bus. April 2nd-> ESA QKDSat quantum communications. $450-$500M FY26 guidance and a $1.8B market cap puts $RDW at ~3.7x FY26 earnings (taking midpoint of guidance). That seems fair given execution risk, but you have to think risk/reward is skewed to the upside here below $10.

$RDW are set to grow revenues 39% over the next 12 months yet they trade for just 2.33x NTM sales. To be honest I think a lot of the negativity around Q2 has been priced into the stock. I think a lot of investors wrote $RDW off and for partly some good reasons: 1. Share dilution was pretty substantial following the Edge Autonomy deal. 2. Balance sheet risk is pretty large too with $185M in debts. 3. Revenue growth is lumpy. 4. It remains a very speculative company. It makes sense to wait to see how $RDW integrate Edge Autonomy deal, but it's definitely one to keep an eye on at these prices. No position. But watching and will likely follow Q3 report quite closely. +14% today.

$TGT - Already out of the position but got to admit it's been one strong performer in these conditions. This is a good year to focus more on value and less on growth.
IncomeSharks tweet media
IncomeSharks@IncomeSharks

$TGT - Did over 100 billion in revenue in 2025. Current marketcap: 46 billion. At $180 they were doing the same revenue as they are doing now at $103. This is what undervalued looks like by many metrics. EV/EBIDTA, ROE, Earnings Yield, Free Cash Flow, etc.

@spacanpanman “Should” and “will” are two different things. Market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. Prob see $4.50-$5 and will be good buying opp

This is why trading is so difficult. You have to buy charts that look like this when there's not a single bit of positive news. You will feel like a delusional psychopath too going against the herd.

I think the bigger benefit that everybody overlooks is the anti-inflammatory effects of GLP‘s. Personally, my whole body is much less inflamed andthe small aches and pains of high activity and aging are dramatically reduced. I am not sure if that is a function of the caloric deficit that comes usually with taking a GLP or if direct effect of the compound but it’s real.

Have people taking GLP1s found that they can eat enough protein to counteract the loss of lean tissue, or perhaps even grow muscle mass, or does it kill your appetite so well that you still shed muscle along with the fat? Been wondering this.

@TXMCtrades I’m 6’2” 235lbs btw with a bodybuilding back ground, so I know how to eat properly. The awareness helps. I would probably favor more fatty or sugary foods over the protein If I didn’t know better or know how to accurately assess or measure how much I’ve gotten though.

@TXMCtrades I have no problem getting my protein in. I also resistance train 4x/week and do BJJ. Just helps me abstain from the extra junk I would normally eat and also feel more satisfied without it
