This is the one area that San Diego does Championship games much, much better than the Southern Section, IMO. If I'm not mistaken, all venues from the Semi Finals on are at neutral sites. And most of them are very good sites. Becomes an EXPENSIVE endeavor in the SS with 14 divisions.

I covered CIF-SS finals last week at venues that probably shouldn’t have hosted them — one had temporary lights and one essentially didn’t have a visitors section. Is it too much to ask that finals hosting thousands of fans be at quality neutral sites like community colleges?
