How to lose weight without changing WHAT you eat:
1. Stop eating straight from the bag -portion it out first. Chips, cereal, snacks… the bag makes it way too easy to overdo it.
2. Go sugar-free where you can - soda, syrups, sauces, cool whip, etc. You’ll cut a ton of calories, and after a while you won’t even miss the originals.
3. Drink water before meals- takes the edge off hunger and helps you naturally eat less.
4. Pause before seconds -go do something for 10–15 minutes (walk, clean, whatever). If you’re still hungry, eat but most of the time, you won’t be.
5. Use smaller plates and bowls- simple, but it works. You’ll eat less without even thinking about it.
