Bad advice. There is power in blood, but you cleanse or build your power from within or by giving not taking. Never by using the blood of another. That is what we are told, but if you look at the funded building projects, world and state fair projects, architecture and funding, etc. there is a large difference in tariff derived growth and what was spent even then - there are large gaps. There seems to be an entirely different (hidden) economy that is running in the background then and now. Catherine Austin Fitts has spoken about a black budget economy where there are great discrepancies in budgets but things in the late 1800s and early 1900s don't add up economically either. This is not a new thing and tariffs will not likely balance a budget if it didn't then. If there is good that can come from transparency of digital ledgers it would be accountability and transparency.
